Product Information
The Finestra® Custom Hardware collection offers 30 beautiful finial designs, 25 hand painted finishes and a selection of pole designs that can be custom-sized to fit any window. All options are available in 1 3/8", 2" and 3" diameters and ship within 5 - 7 business days. Decorative, coordinating traverse rods are also available for both residential and commercial applications and are available within a 12 - 14 business day lead time. All items are intended for indoor use only.

New Trade Accounts
Qualifications:

  1. All merchandise must be for resale.
  2. Customer must have a related business.
  3. The following must be presented as proof of business:
    a. Business license
    b. Sales tax I.D. certificate
    c. Business card/business check

Payment Terms & Conditions
VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover Card and pre-paid company check are accepted. Online orders paid by credit card are processed and charged at the time the order is submitted online. No COD's orders accepted. Credit applications must be filled out in order to establish an open credit account. Terms are net 30 days from date of shipment. A 1.5% per month service charge will be applied to past due balances. Accounts inactive for a 12-month period will automatically be closed and subject to the above conditions before re-establishing the account.

Cancellation Policy
All Finestra® Decorative Hardware is cast and finished by hand. In order to maintain service levels, we process all orders as they are received. All signed orders once submitted are final; no cancellations or changes allowed.

Shipping & Delivery
Standard wood poles, finials and accessories will ship in 5 - 7 business days. All traverse rod orders ship in 12 - 14 business days. All items are shipped best common carrier. Any drapery pole over 104” in length will be shipped by best common carrier. Residential fees may apply in addition to the freight charge. Call us for a rate to your location. Shipping charges will be based on the weight and/or the volume of the order. Customer is responsible for freight charges on refused or undeliverable orders.

Freight Damage / Claim
Claims for shortages, damages and discrepancies must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods and must have original shipping carton. Truck freight damage must be written on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery. No exceptions. Customer is responsible for truck shipments. Deliveries must be inspected upon arrival and noted on Bill of Lading for damage claims to be made.

Merchandise Returns
Returns are not accepted on Finestra Custom Decorative Hardware orders, custom solutions or traverse rods. Returns of stock items must have and reference a Return Authorization number, be returned in original package and be resalable as new. All returns made after 30 days from date of purchase, except for defective products, will be charged a minimum 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from date of purchase. Any product returned without a Return Authorization number will not be issued a credit. Credit will be issued on merchandise only, not freight. Return shipping is customer's responsibility and should be sent prepaid. Rowley Company does not accept COD's.

Back Orders
Manufacturer reserves the right to make partial shipments and place remaining items on back order, unless indicated otherwise on the purchase order.
